This group helps you liberate yourself from the symptoms of anxiety so that you may live your life with confidence, freedom and peace.

This program offers different tools to effectively treat depression, not only by controlling it but also by keeping it in remission. This means not only being free of symptoms, but also having the ability to live a happy, healthy and productive life.
Meditation to Liberate Your Mind:
This 8-week program incorporates Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help prevent depression and anxiety relapses. This transformative course is appropriate for both experienced meditators and for those coming to meditation for the first time. The majority of people who complete this course will gain the ability to cope more effectively with stressful situations, the increased ability to relax, a reduction in physical and psychological symptoms, and increased energy and enthusiasm for life.
