Emotions such as worry, negative thoughts, panic, fear, depression, stress, hopelessness, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed are triggered by feelings of uncertainty.
This group is designed to help you feel less alone, to provide support and to learn healthier ways to cope with your fear of uncertainty. The group size is small (8-10 people) in order to keep the sessions intimate, personal and interactive

These groups focus on offering support while teaching reduction strategies that address both the mind and body to help you break free from depression and anxiety. They can get you started on the road to a meaningful and fulfilling life without suffering from feelings of fear, helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness.
