Embracing Uncertainty

This fear of  the unknown is also an enormous trigger for those already dealing with anxiety and depression.  Emotions such as worry, negative thoughts, panic, fear, depression, stress, hopelessness, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed are triggered by feelings of uncertainty.

This group is designed to help you feel less alone, to provide support and to learn healthier ways to cope with your fear of uncertainty. The group size is small (8-10 people) in order to keep the sessions intimate, personal and interactive
