ADOLESCENT SUPPORT GROUPS:
The goal of support groups is to help teens feel less isolated in a safe environment with other teens experiencing similar challenges. Whether it’s learning ways to cope with feelings, discussing eating habits or learning reduction strategies that address both the mind and body to help them break free from depression and anxiety, the tools provided in this group setting will help your teen start on the road to a meaningful and fulfilling life without suffering from feelings of fear, helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness.
Liberate Yourself from Anxiety Support Group:
An estimated 31.9% of adolescents have an anxiety disorder.
This 12-week program helps youths liberate themselves from the symptoms of anxiety so that they may live their lives with confidence, freedom and peace.

Support groups are limited to 4 participants and are held once a week for 12 weeks.
Liberate Yourself from Depression Support Group:
Teen suicide is the third leading cause of death in youth 10-24 years of age in the United States. This 12-week program offers different tools to effectively treat depression, not only by controlling it but also by keeping it in remission. This means not only being free of symptoms, but also having the ability to live a happy, healthy and productive life.
Support groups are limited to 4 participants and are held once a week for 12 weeks.
